Brandy Treadway has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary since August 2025. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Treadway served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for RumbleOn, Inc. from February 2024 to April 2025. Prior to RumbleOn, Ms. Treadway served as corporate partner at Martin Powers & Counsel, PLLC from October 2022 to February 2024 and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at JCPenney from January 2020 to May 2021. She also served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer in addition to other executive and leadership positions throughout her decade with the company. Ms. Treadway holds a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Foreign Affairs and French from the University of Virginia.
