Matt S. Pasch has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer since September 2026. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Pasch served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Burlington from September 2023 to August 2026. He also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Merchandising, Marketing and Strategy from January 2023 to September 2023 and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Support, Distribution and Supply Chain from December 2021 to January 2023. He held several other executive and leadership positions throughout his tenure with Burlington. Mr. Pasch holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where he earned a degree in Human Resources Management.
